I have a 8 1/2 x 11" protocol manual that I want to
shrink / re-print into a pocket size manual.  Each
protocol is a separate file and has headers/footers that
could be eliminated if necessary.  I'd like the file name
(includes policy number and name) included at the top of
each protocol.

any ideas??

Rob,

Word 2000 and above provides a scaling option for
printing. There you can select smaller scaling depending
upon your need.

Click File | Print: Scale to paper size

Getting late on Friday. Select the pages per sheet option
there.
