Three different authors are making changes to a document,
each using their own color.  Is there a way to accept just
one author's changes with their designated color without
manually going through the document and accepting his
changes?

In Word 2002, you can display changes by specific reviewers selectively, and
there is a command to Accept All Changes Shown.
