I have a document with some large tables that break over
several pages. How do I repeat the caption on each page
of the table?

The document has over 100 tables, so the automatic table
numbering and captioning features have been used (which
means I cannot manually insert a caption into a header
row of the table).

Thanks for any ideas.

Of course you can. Just drag the autoinserted caption into an empty first
row.
