Hello.  I have a mail merge running from Access 97 to Word
97.  It is an automated merge, and my problem is that the
letters that are created do not stay in focus on the
screen.  Instead, after the merge, the focus goes back to
the program running in Access.  Is there any way to
correct this.  I first used wdWindowStateMaximize, which
kept the focus but got rid of all the menus and toolbars,
so then I used wdWindowStateNormal, which gives me the
menu and toolbars, but won't keep the document in focus on
the screen.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jen
