formating 4 up postcards

How can I format 4x5 postcards so that theyll be 4 on a

Are they really 4x5, or are they 4.25x5.5? If it's the latter, use the Tools
> Envelopes and Labels dialog, on the Labels tab. Click Options and select
an Avery 8387 post card. Click the New Document button to get a page with a
table sized to fit the cards.

If they really are 4x5, make a landscape document, add a 2-row x 2-column
table, and use the Table Properties to set the row height and column width.
