If I have a word doc in which I want to lik#nk an excell file this is OK.
But where the data in the Excell file is to be included as a appendix, I
have a problem.  The listy on dat on the excell work sheet is more than the
size of 1 word page.  I cannot find a way to llink to the excell file and
let the word doc include all the data where it rolls past one page.  If the
data is 10 pages worth, how can I insert the data,(which is linked and can
be updated in the excell file) and still add 10 pages to the word doc for
all the data.

At the moment I cant see a way to do this.

Any sugegsts gratefully recieved.

Hi,

Try selecting & copying just the area you need for the 2nd
page, then copying and pasting that into Word as a link.

Cheers

Copy in Excel.

In Word: Edit/Paste special. Choose either the HTML or RTF format, and
activate the LINK option.
