Every time I selet an sentence or header to format
(Bold), the format is applied to the entire document.
When I click the undo button, it then undoes the
formatting from the rest of the document. How can I stop
this from happening. It is getting very frustrating. If
anyone has a suggestion, please, let me know. Thank you.

Just to clarify the first message:
This problem also happens when I insert numbering or
bullets. It is becoming a big problem when I am writing
a report! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
