word perfect merge

I use to use word perfect and could mere information in
several location in a document. for some reason i get
confused with merge mail application, I don't think this
meets my need. how can I merge information in several
location in a document such as address, or customer name?

You might want to look into the use of ASK or FILLIN fields, form fields, or
a UserForm.
