We created a master document of a zoning ordinance, with
all of the chapters as subdocuments. This allows us to
generate a table of contents and automatically repaginate
the document when it's amended. I noticed in the folder
that after we added the subdocs to the master, they
showed up as files with the same name, but with a $ in
front. We printed the document yesterday, saved it, and
then in this morning to work on it again. All the
subdocuments were gone. The original chapters are still
there, but the hyperlinked files disappeared.
Any ideas?
