Removing bookmarks from TOC

Does anyone know how to print a TOC that has had some
bookmark references removed? For instance, I have written
some appendices to a cd-rom but want to keep the headings
and page numbers in the TOC. I can't find a way to print
this without getting the Error! Bookmark not defined
message.

Thanks in advance

Insert TC fields to replace the removed headings? Or you could unlink the
TOC (Ctrl+Shift+F9).
