Format Painter does not retain formatting information
when switching between open documents after upgrading
Adobe Acrobat 4.0 to 6.0 Pro.  Format Painter works fine
within the same document.

Running Office XP (Word 2002) on WinXP Pro.

Unistalled Acrobat 6.0 Pro and the problem went away.

Reinstalled Acrobat 4.0 and the Format Painter
functionality works perfectly both within a document and
when switching between open documents.

Called Adobe Tech Support - they had never heard of such
a problem.

Anyone else with a similar expereince or fix, please let
me know.

Mario,

I have been experiencing the same problem!  I'm glad to
know that I am not the only one.  Have you found any
solutions - other than uninstalling Acrobat 6?

Susan
