I would like to know all unique fonts within a large
document.
Is there a way to easily extract or view just the unique
fonts used in a particular document ?
Many thanks.

Under Format, Styles and Formatting should do that for you.

In the File Open dialog, for "Files of type," select "Recover Text from Any
File." When you open the file this way, there is a list of fonts at the end
of the file. Be careful to close the file without saving and change the
"Files of type" setting back to your usual preference.
