I have a Word document with double space paragraphs.
How do I change it to all single space?
I have tried Select All and moving it to a new
Word page.  Then click Format, Paragraph, and
Single space.  Doesn't work.
I have tried to manually back up each paragraph
to the previous.  They jump right up on the last line
of the previous paragraph. Doesn't work.
What's next?

The paragraphs probably have Space Before or After. Or perhaps there are
empty paragraphs between the paragraphs? Displaying nonprinting characters
(Ctrl+*) will help you troubleshoot the issue (see
http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Formatting/NonPrintChars.htm).
