Help!

We have a document template made in WORD 97 that has
comments in it.
We are now using Word 2002 with XP. When we open the
document, the comments are all there. When we print the
doc, the comments print to. We do not want them printed.

We can choose NORMAL view, and the comments dissapear, but
the still print. Any ideas?

HI Kevin,

Check the settings under the Balloons section of the Tools>Options>Track
Changes dialog.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps
