"I am using Microsoft Office Word 2003.  When I send an email the usual TO,
CC, SUBJECT come up as well as INTRODUCTION".

Does someone know what this is used for and how to hide it if needed.  I
have searched the web without any success.

Thanks.  Yappy Box

I don't know of any way to hide it. Whatever text you type there goes at the
top of the email text area, separated from the body by a line (but still in
the body of the message).  As far as I can tell, most folks ignore it.
