thanks...
i post the same question separately to multiple newsgroups coz long time ago
i was "reminded" by ppl in newsgroup that i should post separately instead
of "one header - multiple newsgroups" to avoid getting back answers in all
the newsgroups simultaneously...they said this is "newsgroup rule"...sth
like "cross post is forbidden"....?
i am not sure...
is it originally intended to minimize replies to ads post?
please advise...
thanks again!

Whoever told you that was wrong. For the reasons that I mentioned in my
response to your original post, if you feed the need to expose your question
to more that one newsgroup, it should be done by having the names of all of
the newsgroups to which you want to post in the header of the one message.
Please however use discretion in selecting the newsgroups to which you do
post in that fashion so as not to clutter up newsgroups that are not a
likely source of the information that you require.

Hope this helps.
Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my
services on a paid consulting basis.
