Question 1: i want to send "mass mail" which contain different attachment (word file) in each mail... is mail merge able to do this?? Question 2: Mail merge lets me send email via MS Outlook only..... can i send by MS Outlook EXPRESS instead? thx!! See answer in mailmerge.fields newsgroup. Please do not post the same question separately to multiple newsgroups. If you want to get a bid wider coverage, put the names of all of the newsgroups in the header of the message. Then when an answer is given in one of the newsgroups it will appear in the others as well. This will make it easier for you to find the responses and will make it less likely that someone spends time answering a question in one newsgroup that has already been answered in another. For the reasons that I mentioned in my response to your original post, if you feed the need to expose your question to more that one newsgroup, it should be done by having the names of all of the newsgroups to which you want to post in the header of the one message. Please however use discretion in selecting the newsgroups to which you do post in that fashion so as not to clutter up newsgroups that are not a likely source of the information that you require.
