Envelope prints blank

We have a user that gets a blank envelope when printing from her machine. It
used to work.

If I open word using "windows /a" it works fine.

I have renamed the normal.dot files and even ran a Office repair and those
didn't help.

Any ideas?

Using Word 2003

Delete then create the profile again....I just had the same problem and
creating a new profile fixed it.
