Emails sent in html format are reformated in a different font, bullets get
eliminated and line space cnages too. How do I ensure emails sent in html
format are received by the recipient the way it was sent?

You can't.  It is up to the recipient how they view emails.

I sent the emails to myself at hotmail. Outlook seems to add a style to my
email even when I dont want it to.
