When using word 2007 under Vista the option to send to email is greyed out. We
are using the Windows Vista Windows Mail as email client. Is that not
recognised by Office 2007? Or is there something I need to set so it will see
it?
Email is working fine - just the 'Send to email as an attachment" option in
the Word 2007 menu is greyed out.

I saw the thread later on in this group regarding this question (or similar)
but don't like answers that talk about editting registries -- there must be
something easier.
BTW - The docs I want to send are either RTF or else saved as compatible
Word 2000 docs.

With help from another discussion have solved the problem - needed to install
"Outlook MAPI Service Providers" from the Office 2007 installation CD. All ok
after that.

When using microsoft outlook 2007 under Vista I hardly set outlook.  It
automatically change from windows to windows within few seconds.  For a
example I don't get enough time to even to write my email address.  Before I
could complete the email address it automatically change the window.

If you can help me to set it would be very helpful.

I think that I am right in saying that Outlook is not a part of the Academic
version of Office.
