the Google transaltion suggests this is "nonsense Russian" that should
probably be ignored.

According to WorldLingo (courtesty of Word 2007), this important missive
translates to:
Look do not be angered checking program “mail Of [vindous]”, if this
communication alien to you the [soobshche] to me, and by the way you did not
forget to place my small batteries on the charging. Place to already Ata to
me they they will prove useful in the exhaust to ball.
Clearly... the poster's batteries are too small. For word.mail, you need at
least 24VDC.
I was actually suprised that the missive did include the word "mail". So, at
least it's not 100% OT.
