After much searching I cannot figure out how to insert an
address into a word document that includes a company name
as well as the contact name. I can do one or the other but
not both.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi G McNeill,

For everything you ever wanted to know about Outlook, see www.slipstick.com.
You will find information on changing the address layout there if you search
on Word.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps
