How do you center a whole block of text after you have typed it in a letter?
To even it from the top to the bottom?

My gosh, i hope you found your answer before now.  but if
you have not...here goes:

Go up to the top of your text and left click immediately
prior to the fist character. Now, go up to EDIT, and clck
that, then on the drop-down menu, click SELECT ALL. You
will see that indeed evrything will have been selected.
Now immediatley go up to the menus that normally make you
format and other types of changes, and pick what you
would like all the text to be changed to.  You will
notice the changes, but the text is still selected. Now
click ouside of the selected area, and you SHOULD see
your desired chnges have taken place.  hope this helps.

Hi Bruce,

From the File menu, select Page Setup and then go to the Layout tab and in
the Page section, click on the Vertical alignment pull down and select
"Center"

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a consulting basis.

Hope this helps
