I have got outlook 2003 as part of our new Exchange server
2003. NOw I can not use word as default editor because it
is looking for word 2003 and I have office XP.

Do you know any workaround???

As far as I know, when you mix Outlok and Office versions, you lose the
"envelope" facility in the Office Apps and the ability to use Word as the
email editor. This has been the case for several versions of Office. I do
not think there is a workaround so you will probably have to revert to OL XP
to fix the problem.
