I am running Office XP.  I want to create Mailing Label
from one category of Outlook Contact list.  How do I do
this?  An early response will be highly appreciated.

Hi Apan,

See the following page of fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website

http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps

Doug:

I did everything suggested gmayor.com page.  But I could
not make the merge command work in word xp.  Initially it
gives me in the line foprmat.  Then when I edit to one
style label - it gives me the field code without the
address.  What I am missing?
