When I try to send a word document to a mail recipient and
error message comes up saying "cannot log on to microsoft
exchange".  We started with gateway.net, outlook express,
and switched to aol.  I used to be able to send a document
after I switched to aol but no longer can.  Have I done
something to my system?

I am not an MVP expert but I have seen many
recommendations in the news groups to the effect don't use
AOL if you want a good ISP.  I have Juno which has worked
fine for me with most any type of e-mail submission.  You
can find Juo's web page on the net at Juno.com to download
the software.  It is $9.95/month for the Platinum edition.
