>Hi DS

Printing in Word is in the Tools menu.  However, I have
found that it will tell you to log on to Microsoft
Exchange to use the address book.  I found it easier to
convert my address book to a regular address database and
use is to print labels and envelopes. Go to:

http://www.btinternet.com/~kevin.james1/Ralph.htm.

There you will find procedures to download that will tell
you how to convert your address book to a database and how
to use the database for labels and envelopes with either
Word or Works word processors.  These are based on Works
Suite 2001 but should work for some of the systems you
might have on XP.  Any questions e-mail me at
rjj20@juno.com.
