USERS using MS Word as their email editor after upgrading a pc to Outlook 2002 sp2, if the person is using Word as their email editor it wants you upgrade Office XP Word (Word2002). Can't use Word < 2002 as your e-mail editor with Outlook 2002 any SP level.
