Hi,

My problem is when I create a word template with
background images and write texte over or under, then I
send it out using the e-mail button on the toolbar, the
preview of the e-mail is perfect, but once it is sent,
the e-mail only shows the simple texte, no images, no
background...

HELP!

Thank you

Well I found the reason for this problem,
because the word templates use images that they insert
into the headers of the document, but when you sent this
using the outlook function, it converts the document into
html which has no headers included. So that is why the
images did not display in the e-mail.

Solution: insert the images directly into the text.

Thanks Anyways Guys and Merry Christmas!
