I go to Microsoft Word click on tools click on Letters &
Mailings click on Envelopes & Labels and enter in
delivery address, and click print and the Lexmark X83
feeds the envelope and it prints but when it comes out
the envelopes is blank. I can print all my others
documents and they print just fine, but the envelopes do
not. My operrating systems is Window XP. My software is
Microsoft Office XP. I called Lexmark they said the
problem is in the software. I'm sure this is just a
simple setting, but can't find the solution. I'd
appreciate a little assistance.

                                 Thank You

Hi Ronald,

It may be the orientation of the envelope in the printer.  Try to print an
"envelope" when you feed a piece of paper through the printer and see if the
address prints and where?

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a consulting basis.

Hope this helps
