This is the third time I've tried to post this reply and
I'm going to move it further up the line this time. Are
we limited in the number of substrings for a question?
Anyway, here goes...
Peter:
Thanks once again for all your generous help! I used
your recommended articles and the Web site to construct
the following AddressLayout entry that works in all cases
but one (see examples that follow):
{{<PR_GIVEN_NAME>} {<PR_SURNAME>}
}{{<PR_TITLE>}
}{{<PR_COMPANY_NAME>}
}{{<PR_POSTAL_ADDRESS>}}

It seems that there is something going on with the
<PR_COMPANY_NAME> field in Outlook. While "<PR_TITLE>
appears to work OK, I always get a run-on of title and
company when I ask for <PR_COMPANY_NAME>. (I even
eliminated the <PR_TITLE> field altogether and still got
the same result for <PR_COMPANY NAME>, so the problem
MIUST be with <PR_COMPANY_NAME>.)
I entered the John Public contact just to test--entered
data in separate title and company name fields on the
Outlook form, but still got the same result.
Should I ask the Outlook newsgroup about this?
And do I really want to know ???!!!
