Having a problem with Word freezing when trying to open an attachment. We utilize MS Exchange. We receive the message with a .doc attachment. When we try to open it, the system just freezes.. the document does not open. We are using Word 2000 and I believe Exchange 2000 as well. Any thoughts? hoping for a "duh" fix..lol Its best that you try saving the attachment to the hard drive in say your "My Documents" folder then opening it from there.
