Is there a way to import a list of email addresses from a
word document into your Contact list with Outlook XP-  I
have a typed list of email addresses in a document and
would like to setup a distribution list from the Word
document.

This is more of an Outlook question so you should ask in one of the Outlook
newsgroups.   Outlook does have the ability to import contact details from
various sources, though a Word document is not one of them.  It can however
import from a comma delimited text file so you could save your document in
that format and then you should be able to import it.  With the Contacts
folder in Outlook open, select Import and Export from the Outlook File menu.

directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.
Hope this helps
