Hello, I am not very good in word and my client would like their word xp setup so that when they start a new email in word xp it has a customized backgroud or 'stationary'? Much thanks! amanda Hello Amanda, With Outlook XP open, go to Tools/Options/Mail Format/Stationary & Fonts. Choose the Stationary and fonts that suits you. Forgive my previous post as I have been working with my Outlook. I can pick one of the normal stationary's and it works like a charm. I have designed a stationary and saved it as html and placed it and the image into the stationary folder where all the other ones live. The client writes a letter in word and then hits the email button and sends it. They want the customized background, or stationary to be in the email. amanda > Hi, > What email program are you using?
