Hello Amanda,

With Outlook XP open, go to Tools/Options/Mail Format/Stationary & Fonts.
Choose the Stationary and fonts that suits you.
Hope this helps

Oops!
Forgive my previous post as I have been working with my Outlook.
For the proper procedure for WORD XP it is as follows: Tool/Options/General
Tab/Email Options (button toward the bottom)/Personal Stationary
Tab/Theme....and Fonts......hope this helps.

Thank you it worked great - But one more question if I may. . .

I can pick one of the normal stationary's and it works like a charm. I
have designed a stationary and saved it as html and placed it and the
image into the stationary folder where all the other ones live. When I
choose my stationary it doesn't show up in my new emails? Any
thoughts?

Thanks,
bijoux

I am trying to accomplish the same thing. When I open up
word, then click on email, what do I click to bring up
personalized stationery? I was able to set access to this
page ty the Tool/Options procedure, but where do go from
there.
Help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Sandy

Hi,
What email program are you using? Outlook? Outlook Express? You may consider
creating a customized Stationery from your email program rather than Word.

Hello,
I should have mentioned this email template isn't for me, it's for a
client of mine. The client writes a letter in word and then hits the
email button and sends it. They want the customized background, or
stationary to be in the email.
