I have a user that is has used the "Send to:" option in
Word in the past, but can't anymore. He gets a message
stating "Caution, Word could not load email envelope",
and then indicates that this could be due to a network
error, or configuration of word. The issue was passed to
me bacause I am the network administrator, and I have
determined that his network connection is good. So is the
a config issue with word?
