Having an issue and was looking for some help.
Here's the setup. Windows 2000 SP4 w/ Office 2000 Standard SP3.
I've got reps that have to fill out various forms that are in word. To
process the forms, they choose File -> Send To -> Mail Receipient (As
attachment). This opens up an outlook mail message and has the doc as an
attachment. However, when you click the send button, nothing happens. If you
presss CTRL + ENTER, it will send, but clicking send or choosing it from the
File menu does nothing.
Has anyone see this or know what would be causing this?
Thanks,
Mark Williams

ME TOO ME TOO!!!
Except I'm on Outlook 2003. Any Outlook profile on an affected
machine has this problem. Same user mailbox on another machine
doesn't have the problem. This symptom is on many computers but not
others. If you find a solution, please post it. I will do the same.

Sorry for the double post...
I experience this problem both from Office apps like Word, but also
with right clicking on a file in explorer and choosing send to -> mail
recipient. CTRL-Enter works in both cases, but the Send button
doesn't work. I can save the message, then open it in Outlook and
then click send.

I have the same exact problem except it only occurs when I have our
Solomon Accounting program running!
