I have works 6.0 but when I attach a document to an
email, users of Microsoft Office can't open it.  I think
they can download a link but is there anything I can on
my end?

Can your Works 6.0 word processor save in RTF format? If so, try attaching
that instead. In fact, converters are available from the Microsoft web site
that allow Word to read /some/ Works word processor formats, but they would
have to be installed by your recipients.
