If, for example, a sentence has multiple references, i.e.:
bla bla bla1-15 (1-15 is writen in superscript), how do you insert thi
15 endnotes, so that you don't have to insert them a
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,... 15.

NB, an NG concerned with Word.mail is not really the right place for your
question, but...
As far as I know, each footnote/endnote will always have a footnote
reference somewhere in the text. i.e., you can't avoid having the
123456789101112131415 somewhere. But you can mark the footnote references
(in the body of the text) as hidden using Format Font, then use
Insert|Cross-Reference to insert a reference type "footnote" for footnote 1
and footnote 15 (this inserts a NOTEREF field for each reference), type a
"-" between the two, and format the resulting 1-15 with style "footnote
reference". If you delete any of the footnotes from 2 to 14, or insert any
additional ones between 1 and 15, you will probably need to select the
footnote reference fields and press F9 to refresh them. If you delete either
footnote 1 or footnote 15 you will probably need to remove/re-insert the
