Whenever I get ready to save a document or to insert a
word document into an email, and I reach up into the pull
down window to select the location to save to, the program
stops running. It has autorecovered each document so far,
but its scary.

This is not just occasionally.every time. What should I do?

Hello! I have the same problem with some of my users too.
They try to insert a file or a doc from the network drive
and it just hangs there and you can see the network card
is TX/RX. I tried lots of different thing like start
removing app prog and a new network card no change. MS
tech support was useless and totally ignored to read my
ticket and notes that I send them.
