I once found  blank letter template that had my name in
blue large letters across the top and then my address to
the right of it. I can't find it again since I have had
to reformat my hard disc. Where is this template and how
do I get away from the business letters template to the
social templates?

When your formatted your hard disc, all the little ones and zeros, that your
template consisted of, were converted to nulls.  So that's where it is now.
You can however easily create a new template for yourself.  See the
