Just installed WfW 2002.  When I try to insert an
address, I get "Log on failed.  You must log on to
Microsoft Exchange to access your address book.  Error
code: "unspecified error".

Can't I use the address book from Outlook Express in
Word.  And if I can't then how do I log on to Microsoft
Exchange??  Can anyone help please?

I have the same problem but with different parameters. I'm
using Word 2003 with Outlook Contacts list. When I try to
insert an address onto an envelope, I get a "Mapi Spooler
cannot be started" error. I have to copy an address from
Outlook and paste it.  If I "repair" Office , it works
correctly for a while, then reverts. What's the matter?
