We have a small network in place and one of our users when
using the send to option in Word (to send the doument as
an e-mail). When they try to select who to send it to it
defaults to the Windows address book and not the global
address book. This is the only user we have this problem
with. It is an XP Client and our Eschange server is
Windows 2000

Have you checked Internet Options/Programs and checked was the 'mail' and
'address book' fields are set to?
