Using both Outlook 2000 & Word 2000: trying to mailmerge
to "Electonic Mail", but only the "Printer" and "New
Document" option appear.  E-Mail option used to work a few
weeks ago, but there have been no no system changes made
that I know of.
The default Email Program under Control Panel > Internet
Options > Programs is set to "Mircrosoft Outlook".  I
toggled and re-saved.  No change.
Any thoughts?  Registry setting to look at?  How is the
Electornic Mail option 'activated' in MS Word mail merge?
Thanks!  Chris

Chris,

Did you ever get an answer?  I'm having the same problem with Word 97 and
Outlook Express.  It used to work.  I don't know what changed.

Thanks, Rob
