I don't know if many of you have this issue, so here it
goes. I'm on Server 2003 using Office 2003 and the latest
Exchange version (i'm not sure). Anyway, when I use
the "Send to: Mail recipient (as attachment)" feature in
Word, a e-mail message window displays. Once you send the
attachment, normally the window disappears. In this case,
after sending the attachement, the message window is still
there. The e-mail does send through successfully, and we
would have to manually close the message window. It's just
an annoyance that the window is still there after sending
the attachement, where in other cases, it normally
disappears. Is there some way to fix that? Someone,
anyone.......HELP!!!!!

This might seem obvious, but wanted to check.  In your
Email Options (From inbox, click Tools, Options, Then
click Email Options button from Preferences Tab), do you
have "Close original message on reply or forward" checked
off?  That should cure it.

Sincerely,

Heather
