MAPI failure

I have windows XP as my operating system.I loaded office
2003 on this machine. The setup went through
successfully.Everything works fine except for that when i
try to email a word, excel or powerpoint document as an
attachment , like through the send to recipient as
attachment I get the error MAPI failure- unspecified
error -10092. Can someone help how can i fix this.

Errors When Sending E-mail from an Office Program

RESOLUTION
Start Outlook before attempting to send an e-mail message from another
program.
-or-
Uninstall the Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup utility.
Follow these steps to uninstall the utility:
Start Outlook.
On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Other tab, click Advanced Options.
Click COM Add-Ins.
Click to clear Outlook Backup Addin.
Click OK three times to close the Options.
Click Exit on the File menu.

Try & revert back.
