Page Numbers - UGH

I've inserted page numbers into a Word document by
viewing header/footer, going to footer and inserting Page
X of Y option.

On the screen, it looks fine, Page 1 of 3, page 2 of 3,
page 3 of 3. When I print it out, it prints out Page 1 of
1, page 2 of 2 and the third page reads page 3 of 3. UGH!
Again, it looks right on the screen.

What am I doing wrong?
