Hi,

Using Office 2000 on XP Home and have Word selected as editor for Outlook
email messages. Using HTML as mail format. We've created four signatures,
each in Arial 11, and when we create a new mail message the signature shows
up correctly as Arial 11. When we reply or forward, however, the signature
is always in Times New Roman 12. I've looked at the style "Email Signature"
(while this section is selected in the message) and sure enough it shows as
Times New Roman 12. If I choose to Modify and select Arial 11, it appears to
register the change but the same behavior happens again. Seems to make no
difference whether I have "Automatically Update" selected or not in the
Style.

I've checked the Personal Stationery tab (Word - Tools > Options > General >
Email Options) and both replies and new messages are configured for Arial
11. The body of the replies or forwards shows up as Arial 11, just not the
signature.

Any ideas?

In outlook look under Tools/Options/Mail Format/Fonts.
What is stationary fonts set to?  Try setting it
to 'Always use my fonts'.
