I have been trying to use Word 2002 as my default email editor for HTML and keep getting this error message.  I have uninstalled and deleted all registry keys for both Outlook and Word.  Restarted the computer to let the changes take effect and nothing changes.

The error message started popping up after I had problems with the Normal.dot template for Word.  Can anyone tell me why I'm getting this error message even after clearing Word and Outlook off the drives and reinstalling from the CD?

Hi, Rifleman.  Locate your OLE32.DLL file.  The default folder for this
file is C:\Windows\System32.  Click on Start | Run.  In the "Open" box,
type:

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\ole32.dll

If necessary, replace "c:\windows\system32" with the actual path to the
ole32.dll file on your computer.  You only have to run this command once
(not every time you start the computer).  Exit.  Reboot.  Do you still
get the error message?
