A vendor keeps sending me a .mht file type.  When I open
it, it opens in my browser as text (I believe it is
showing the code) instead of as the pictures and such.  I
think .mht files are created by someone using Outlook, but
how can I open the document so I can view what has been
sent rather than the code behind it?

as MHT is an MHTML document, more specifically an archived
web page.  So either the person isn't saving the picture
theyre intending to send to correctly, or theyre sending
you the wrong thing.
