Hello,
When I try to e-mail a document directly from Word by
clicking the appropriate button, I get this error message:
"Word could not load the e-mail envelope. This could be
caused by a network connection problem with your Office
installation."
We've got Word2002, Outlook 2003 and Windows XP
Profesisonal 5.1.
The feature worked perfectly before we upgraded to Outlook
2003.
Thanks for any suggestions on how to get this fixed!

I have this same problem. I installed Office XP (2002) without Outlook
then installed Outlook 2003 (we're using Exchange server). I would lov
to get my full functionality back.
I have uninstalled Office 2002 and reinstalled it - to no avail.
hesitate to unistall Outlook 2003 because it is working so well. If
did, I would consider installed Outlook 2002 and then installin
Outlook 2003 on top of it and hopefully all the links would work.
Any ideas??

Anyone out there able to solve this problem?
It has to be Outlook 2003 since this function worked perfectly wel
until it was installed.
Would installing Outlook 2002 (or whatever the prior working versio
was) in addition to 2003 be a viable option? Meaning, could we us
2002 solely for this e-mail function while using 2003 as our defaul
program for everything else Outlook related?
Thanks,
-Sharo

It is possible to install more than one version of Office on your
computer, but only one version of Outlook is allowed.

I had same problem on similar software. Here is how to
solve it: go to MS Office Update site, download and run
service pack 3 for Office XP Professional. It solves e-
mail problem, but you may need to reinstall fax service.
