Inserting clip art in a 5164 Avery Label

How do I insert clip art in a 5164 label? I want there to
be text at the top of the label, a clip art image in the
center of the label under that text, and text beneath the
clip art at the bottom of the label. I want to print an
entire sheet (6) of the same label.
